Monthly Exhibits
The Front and Gateway galleries at Arts on Main are home to our monthly exhibits and feature new art, artists, and themes every 30 days. On the first Friday of each month, we host an opening reception to celebrate the new exhibit. These First Fridays have become a popular event and attract over a hundred people during the course of the evening.
We are grateful to the many generous First Friday sponsors who ensure that both the exhibits and First Friday receptions are free and open to the public. NOVEMBER 2024: CREATE - SUPPORTING THE ARTS
Arts on Main's November show features an elegantly eclectic variety of works in oil, acrylic, fiber, metal, watercolor, and wood. As part of Arts on Main's Fall Fundraiser, these pieces have been generously donated by local artists and collectors to support Arts on Main! The proceeds from art sold in this show contribute to Arts on Main's operating costs and ensure that it can continue to fulfill its mission of engaging the community through inspiring arts experiences. Come see this unique show and don't miss the opportunity to own beautiful art while also supporting your local community arts nonprofit!

December 2024: Small works show & holiday marketplace
Arts on Main’s Small Works Show and Holiday Marketplace will focus on small, affordable works that are perfect for holiday gift-giving. The Front Gallery and the Gateway Gallery will feature our Small Works Show where all works are 12 x 12 inch or smaller. Throughout the gallery, tables will be set up for our Holiday Marketplace featuring local artists. Our Small Works Show and Holiday Marketplace will run from December 6th to December 28th. The opening of these shows will take place on Friday, December 6th from 5:30pm - 7:30pm. Light hors d’oeuvres will be served and wine + beer will be available for purchase.

January 2025: "New Year, New Art"
Join Arts on Main this January for “New Year, New Art”, featuring art never before shown at Arts on Main! Using pottery, mixed media, paint, and more, these eleven artists stretch their creativity in new and exciting ways. Make it a New Year’s Resolution to spend more time with art and don’t miss your chance to view all of the fresh & new art featured for the New Year!
This show will open on Friday, January 3rd from 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM. Live music will be provided by Micah Foxx. Light hors d'oeuvres will be served and beer + wine will be available for purchase. The show will be on display at Arts on Main until Saturday, February 1st.
