We will paint a variety of birds during a five-hour block of time on a wintry Saturday (minus a lunch break). Together we will learn watercolor techniques by painting the first bird as a group, then I will set you loose to paint the other bird projects I provide (including reference paintings, line drawings and written project guidance). In this way, each student can move along at his/her own comfortable pace. I will demonstrate techniques and be there to answer any questions. All watercolor materials are provided.
